Iris is a passionate software engineer and tech consultant working at Netlight in Zurich. In the last 15 years, she has worked in multiple industries such as public administration, e-commerce and banking. She has a profound interest in how to organize and optimize teams working together.

Iris has worked not only as a developer, but also as scrum master, project manager, business analyst and requirements engineer. However, her interest in building things together in a team has always brought her back to her favourite role as software engineer. Her motivation stems from finding achievable and elegant solutions to complex problems which help her clients reach their individual goals. She primarily works in backend development and is particularly passionate about Kotlin, cloud, agile work and DevOps.
