Speaker: Leonardo Galli
Leonardo Galli is the President of ETH's Capture the Flag team „Flagbot“ and currently working towards his Bachelor in Computer Science at ETH Zürich.
In the beginning of 2020 he successfully organized flagbot's very first CTF event BjörnCTF.
His main research interest is cyber security, with a focus on reverse engineering and binary exploitation.
Leonardo Galli is currently working towards his bachelor's degree in Computer Science at ETH.
His research interests are in the field of cyber security, predominantly for reverse engineering and binary exploitation.
In general, his research is focused on automating as much as possible of the reverse-engineering process.
It involves both improving existing and devising novel solutions, such as in his latest project, fuzzing the iPhone boot loader.
Concurrent with his studies, Leonardo leads ETH's Capture the Flag team, flagbot.
At the beginning of 2020, he successfully organized flagbot's very first CTF event, BjörnCTF.
Within the scope of flagbot, he has also started giving lectures aimed towards newcomers to cyber security.
